Bean Creek

Bean Creek isn't the flashiest neighborhood. Its simplicity is one reason why so many long-standing residents love it. Bean Creek has a small-town feel with vibrant green spaces with a close enough proximity to downtown via car/bus/or walking trails.

Bean Creek tends to be a quiet and relaxed area. It hosts three churches in the community that host their own community events along with three schools as well. Although it doesn't host its own parks, its adjacent to the vast and bountiful Garfield Park with all its amenities, among other adjacent parks with easy access in neighboring communities.

The neighborhood is roughly bounded by Shelby Street, Keystone Avenue, Raymond Street and Troy Avenue.

Commuting by car is easy, and parking is uncomplicated throughout the entire neighborhood. There's very low traffic or event noise throughout the year. It's a cozy area for residents to relax but very close to mutltiple restaurants, groceries and other shops.
