We Buy Houses All Over Indianapolis
If you need to sell a house in Indianapolis, you probably do not want to spend the next three months fixing it up, keeping it clean for showings, and hoping a buyer's loan goes through. We buy houses all over Indianapolis and Marion County for cash, in whatever shape they are in, and we close when you need us to.
We have been doing this in Indy since 2014. Since the start of 2025 we have bought and sold more than 250 houses in the Indianapolis area. A lot of them are on the east side, the near west side, and the south side. Martindale Brightwood, Haughville, Cumberland, Lawrence, Mars Hill, Pike Township, Fountain Square. We know these streets, we know what the houses are worth, and we know what it costs to fix them. That is why our offers hold up and our closings happen.
You do not need to clean anything, fix anything, or move anything out. This year alone we bought houses with tenants still in them, houses that had been inherited and sat empty, and at least one that was so full of stuff you could barely get through the door. We come look at the house in person, we tell you what we can pay, and then it is your call.
Houses We Bought in Indianapolis This Year
A house on McCarty Street on the near southwest side that was boarded up so tight the first thing we needed was a drill. We signed the contract and closed eight days later.

A house on Breton Street on the west side with rotten siding and plastic stapled over the holes. We bought it as is.
A rental on Ireland Drive on the Far Eastside where the tenant refused to leave. We worked out the move out with the tenant ourselves so the owner did not have to deal with it.
A house on Foltz Street in Mars Hill where someone had moved into the garage and the whole place needed to be hauled out. That was our problem after closing, not the seller's.

A homeowner on Wandering Way on the southwest side who had already moved and still had two mortgages on the house. We closed in under two weeks and both loans were paid off at the closing table.

A landlord up in Elwood whose tenant of 13 years was moving out. He wanted to be done. Contract to closing took 11 days.
A family in Franklin that was worried about the cost of moving. We put up to $5,000 toward their moving expenses so they could get on with it.
More often than not we close on or before the date written in the contract, and when a seller needs it fast, about two weeks from signing to closing is normal for us. If you need it faster than that, ask. We have done it in five days.
