As real estate investors or real estate agents, we are always looking for preferred vendors or contractors to build a preferred vendor list.

It's hard to find a good contractor or a trustworthy vendor who has fair prices and does good work. How do you know if you're overpaying a contractor? How do you know if you're even getting the right services you need from a vendor?

Many times vendors don't offer the correct services truly needed to correct the home repair problem.
