Audubon Gardens is a peaceful, mature neighborhood in Indianapolis, known for its beautiful yards and bird-friendly environment. The community is very active, offering residents many opportunities to engage such as events, community meetings, and constant neighborhood improvement efforts.

Commuting is easy thanks to many nearby routes such as 38th Street, I-70, and I-465. If needed, Indygo routes right along 38th Street, Emerson Avenue, and Arlington Avenue making it easy to reach downtown, the State Fairgrounds, or Glendale Town Center as well.
